For bugs, missing logos, feature requests, or general questions, use the Feedback button on logoanalyst.com, or reach out directly at [email protected]. Include your browser, operating system, Office version (if using the add-in), and a brief description of what happened and what you expected.

2. PowerPoint Add-in Troubleshooting

• Confirm that PowerPoint is up to date and supports Office.js PowerPoint API 1.4 or later.
• Confirm that Office connected experiences and Office add-ins are enabled by your organization's IT policy.
• If logo insertion fails, try inserting a smaller batch first, then retry the full set.
• If inserting a logo via URL fails, switch to the Upload tab in the Add Logo modal instead.
